How can I track my order?
Once a shipping label has been created for your order, you will receive an automatic email to the email address you provide on your order that contains a link with your tracking number. You can either click the link or copy and paste the number on the respective carrier website to track (www.USPS.com, www.UPS.com & www.UPS.com
When I track my package it says, "Not Found" what does this mean?
This usually means that the shipping label has just been created, but the package has not been picked up and scanned by the carrier yet. Please email email@example.com if you are seeing this message for more than 24 hours.
The tracking shows my package is delivered but I do not have it, what should I do?
First, check all the possible areas that the driver may leave a package (ie: Leasing Office, Front Door, Side Door, Porch, Neighbor, Parcel Locker, etc). Next, contact the carrier with your tracking number and ask where your package is. They may need to send out the driver to show you. If you have still not received the package, please send us an email providing your order number or name on the order in the email.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our turnaround time (from when an order is placed to when it ships) is usually 1 to 2 business days for orders that do not have any outstanding issues with billing and shipping addresses, out of stock items or shipping (however, please check the current turnaround time posted on our information page or home page). The transit time to you depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. Once you have a tracking number, the carrier website will give you an estimated date of arrival. USPS Express Mail takes 1 to 2 days in transit (International 3 to 5 business days) Priority Mail takes 2 to 3 days in transit (International 6 to 10 business days to most countries).
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we do ship to most regions around the world using USPS. We can also ship orders to a freight forwarder in the U.S. Note: If your card or payment source does not provide address verification, a manual verification may be required.
Do you have a Drop Shipping Program?
Yes, we do offer a basic Drop Shipping service. Our only requirement is a form to approve shipment to the alternate addresses listed on the drop ship orders. This form is emailed when a drop ship order is placed or by your request. To place a Drop Ship order (online only); type your information in the Bill To area and the customer's information in the Ship To area during check out. On the last step of check out, type "DROP SHIP" in the comments box and send the order. You will receive a confirmation email with the order contents so you can make an invoice for your customer. There will be no invoice in the box or any other paperwork. On the shipping label, it will have a PO Box for the return address and no company name. If you are Drop Shipping with us regularly, we can negotiate putting your information as the return address.
How is shipping calculated?
The shipping rates are set by the carriers we use. Their rates are based on the weight of the package and destination.
Do you use Flat Rate Boxes?
Yes, we use Flat Rate Boxes with USPS if your order can fit safely into one. The shopping cart will not display these rates as we have to see the order to know if it can fit. If it does fit, we adjust your order and refund the difference.
Can I add to my order once it has been placed?
If the order has not been processed and filled, we can often accommodate additions to an order. Please bear in mind that we cannot make additional charges on your order once it has been placed, so we will need your payment information to process an add-on. This may also delay your order.
Do you take fragrance requests?
We do take fragrance requests/suggestions into consideration. The more demand we have for a certain fragrance, the more likely it is that we will carry it. TIP: When searching for a fragrance in the list, make sure you search by the first letter of the fragrance name or the designer's name.
Do you offer private labelling?
We do offer this as a free service. There are bottle minimums to be met for each shape. We also offer customized label sheets. Note: The Basic Label items cannot be customized. Standard Label Items have a minimum of 30 bottles. Premium Label Items have a minimum of 20 bottles. The minimums can be made up of any items with the same label shape.
Do you have a catalog?
In efforts to preserve the environment and keep prices low, we do not print a catalog. Our website is our online catalog and store.
Do you have a coupon code?
We do occasionally offer a coupon code with an additional discount through our mass emailer. You must be signed up for the newsletter in order to receive these. There is a sign up form on our information page, you can opt in during check out OR request that we add you manually. We only send around 1 to 3 emails a month containing new fragrances and updates so we will not be spamming your inbox :)
Are your oils pure?
The term "pure" when it comes to a Body Oil can be very misleading. The only oils that can truly be considered pure, meaning no carrying oils have been added would be an Essential Oil. These cannot be worn on the skin without dilution. In order to make a Body Oil or any modern fragrance, all of the components that make up the fragrance must be suspended in a carrying oil or a base. This would be considered a "cut" by most. Our Body Oils are made to the highest strength that can be worn on the skin. It is always best to try samples if you are unsure to make sure the oil suits your needs.
Can your Body Oils be used in candle or soap making?
We cannot offer a lot of advice in this area as we do not have much experience with this. They do work well in Melt & Pour recipes as we have tested this. The feedback from our customers regarding other recipes (cold process, soy etc) tells us that it is hit and miss. Some fragrances work and some do not. We'd love to hear more feedback so that we can better inform our customers in the future.
Do your oils contain alcohol?
No, the only items we offer that contain alcohol would be the Super Cologne Spray and Shimmering Mist. These items can only ship with UPS Ground or FedEx Ground for this reason.
Are your fragrances long lasting?
This is another loaded question without an easy, quick answer. The lasting power of any fragrance greatly depends on how that fragrance works with the body chemistry of the person who is wearing it. Body Chemistry can make a fragrance smell different from one person to another. Also, your skin type will effect how long a fragrance will last. If your skin is dry, fragrances tend to dissipate faster. Where you apply your fragrance also effects how long it will last. A fragrance is best on pulse points directly on the skin, not clothes. Fragrances are made up of multiple layers (notes) so it does take several hours to truly evaluate how a fragrance is wearing on your body. That all said, feedback from our customers tells us that the fragrances are long lasting, most lasting shower to shower.
What is the shelf life of your oils?
This does depend on the kind of fragrance that it is and how the fragrance is being stored. Long term storage is best in a glass bottle and kept out of direct light and heat. We have found that fragrances with a citrus note have a shorter shelf life than others and are more sensitive. Generally, when they are stored correctly, they last for years.
What are your best selling fragrances?
We do not like to say what our top selling fragrances are because while it may sell for us, it might not sell for you (and we want you to be as successful as possible in your venture).
