To thin!
I've ordered the Night Queen Clear and Jaguar several times before, but it's never been this diluted. It's almost like water! Is this your new process of manufactoring? I really prefer the thicker consistency. The smell lasts until you shower it away! Oh well, I opted not to resale, but to use it for lotions and shower gels instead. Bummer!
WBO Response: The only recent change in the manufacturing process has been a reduction in the use of phthalates. This should not affect the consistency. Body oils are naturally thin in consistency. We do not add the harsh chemical thickeners. The main thing is that the fragrance lasts as you say. Please email us if you have any questions. -
first timer
I find it to be water down like 1 part fragrance 4 part what ever mixture what pose to be oils

Apologies that you did not experience the same results as the majority of our customers. These are Body Oils which are manufactured to the highest strength that can be worn on the skin. They do not contain any chemical enhancers. I am not sure which fragrances you had ordered, however not all fragrances are strong by nature. There are many fragrances that are meant to be on the subtle side. Plus the way a fragrance smells and how it lasts really depends on body chemistry and how the fragrance works with it. It sounds like you did not find a good fit for you. We do offer samples for this reason so you can test out a fragrance to make sure you are satisfied with our version of it. -
wrong item
I have disappointed last time order. It wasn't the one i used to have before. The smell was not right. I need to return it however it is complicated to send back. Spo i am not satisfied this time.

This claim has not been substantiated. Customer has not contacted us regarding this issue so we cannot confirm, deny or try to remedy it. If we send an incorrect item, we always correct it. In this case, we do not know if the customer is thinking about a different fragrance or is comparing it to another company's version of the fragrance. It's been a week and 1 day since I made my order!
Was sent a reminder to write a review, but it's difficult write one when I haven't received my product. Made my order on a Sunday and was informed that I would receive my order the following Saturday; it's Tuesday and I'm still not sure when I will receive my order? However, this is my first time experiencing such of a delay, made several orders over the years!

Email reminders are sent automatically within a few days of your purchase. Unfortunately, we have no control over the transit time of the shipping service you choose. Your order was shipped out on time with First Class Mail as you had chosen. We are located in Florida and you are far away from us. First Class Mail takes 3 to 9 business days in transit and today would be the 5th business day. The tracking information shows there is a delay in the delivery. Please contact your local Post Office with the tracking number for more information as we only have access to the same information you can see. Thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately we cannot offer a further discount on the Bulk Sizes which is why the coupons only apply to prefilled items. A suggestion when these coupons are running is to order some prefilled items or empty bottles so you can take advantage of it.
