wrong item
I have disappointed last time order. It wasn't the one i used to have before. The smell was not right. I need to return it however it is complicated to send back. Spo i am not satisfied this time.

This claim has not been substantiated. Customer has not contacted us regarding this issue so we cannot confirm, deny or try to remedy it. If we send an incorrect item, we always correct it. In this case, we do not know if the customer is thinking about a different fragrance or is comparing it to another company's version of the fragrance. It's been a week and 1 day since I made my order!
Was sent a reminder to write a review, but it's difficult write one when I haven't received my product. Made my order on a Sunday and was informed that I would receive my order the following Saturday; it's Tuesday and I'm still not sure when I will receive my order? However, this is my first time experiencing such of a delay, made several orders over the years!

Email reminders are sent automatically within a few days of your purchase. Unfortunately, we have no control over the transit time of the shipping service you choose. Your order was shipped out on time with First Class Mail as you had chosen. We are located in Florida and you are far away from us. First Class Mail takes 3 to 9 business days in transit and today would be the 5th business day. The tracking information shows there is a delay in the delivery. Please contact your local Post Office with the tracking number for more information as we only have access to the same information you can see. Wholesale body oils never disappoints, their incredibly large select of scents and product is priced perfectly. I just wish I could find coupons for regular body oils. It seems I find promo codes for all the product except the ones I buy. I just received My most recent order and I'm convinced that I need to acquire the entire Bond no. 9 collection #imNluv

Thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately we cannot offer a further discount on the Bulk Sizes which is why the coupons only apply to prefilled items. A suggestion when these coupons are running is to order some prefilled items or empty bottles so you can take advantage of it.
