The fragrance doesn’t last as long as a bottle I found from you some years ago. The quality has diminished

Thank you for sharing your opinion. The quality has not changed - we have used the same manufacturer and formula for over 20 years. The bottle you found from years ago was from 2019. A fragrance that is 6 years old is going to be a little different from a fresh batch. Fragrances mature and improve with time when they are stored correctly. -

Unlike the BBW purchase, I am truly pleased with this Oxygene body oil. 8oz of this was $16.25 ... $31.15 worth of product & $13.27 shipping ... something about that isn't right ...

Thank you for sharing your opinion. The shipping is what USPS charged us to ship your package to you. We do not control that. We offer our products at low, wholesale prices so we are unable to also cover the shipping costs. The shipping costs per bottle are significantly reduced when placing a wholesale quantity order. The shipping carriers charge a higher rate for the first 1 to 2lbs of weight in the package and the rates go up in smaller increments as the weight of the package increases. Thank you -
