shipping and taxes takes away the deal..
After paying tax and shipping cost for products its really not that great of a deal for the oil. I feel after you spend a certain amount the shipping should be free and no tax should be added. And another thing everytime I order Black woman it smells different. I think I was sent the wrong Black woman this time.

Thank you for sharing your opinion. Please keep in mind that we cannot make the shipping carriers take a box to you for free. We would need to charge a lot more for the products in order to cover what the shipping carriers charge for shipping. We are only able to offer free shipping on our retail website where the prices are much higher. We also cannot control the fact that certain states are now requiring us to collect sales tax for them. Our business would be shut down if we did not remit the sales tax to them. We do not control the states or their laws and we cannot pay the sales tax on your behalf and manage to stay in business. If you are a reseller, please email us your sales tax certificate so that we can make your account tax exempt. We also notice on your orders that you do not take full advantage of the deal by ordering the quantity to get the lowest price.
