Yes, you can add fractionated coconut oil and medical grade alc to make spray perfumes. I am not trying to make copies, yet the fragrances supplied are more than adequate to blend to make your own scents. Some are more accurate than others as far as their "inspired by" fragrances go , but if you get a wide variety you can always alter things more to your liking. Will definitely get more. As far as strength goes, I have seen reviews saying that some of the fragrances are "watered down" in my case I find that to be the opposite and if anything several of them are very powerful and need to be thinned with carrier oil to mellow them down

I luv Wholesale Body Oils and have been purchasing oils for years from them, however I’ve never been given a discount or a coupon for a discount. I am very pleased with the products and to me they r the best oil’s available. I lm hoping they will add prayers ducts like Laura Biagiotti, Queen Latifah, Nour Oriental, as I have requested because these were too sellers for me.

My purchases
I ordered more than 10 different fragrances for myself and my husband. I did not realize that I doubled up on a couple of them. That is perfectly fine because I will give away my doubles as gifts. I rarely wear bottled perfume anymore and always get compliments on the oils I am wearing. My last order (which was early 2020) felt like it took weeks to arrive. My package arrived much faster this time. I have been using this company for years and will continue to do so!!

Just wanted to mention that your previous order shipped with USPS First Class Mail which is also referred to as "snail mail" (the First Class part in the name is very misleading). It can take around 3 to 9 days in transit and even longer depending on USPS. -
