dosent project/ not strong enough
I bought over 40 oils and they are on point with the original perfumes and cologne smells, but they seem to be cut. Scent doesn’t project or they are not strong enough. I had a big order and had to cancel because I didnt feel the product was good enough to sell.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We have shipped to you 7 times since 2021 and this is the first time we are hearing feedback from you. It would seem that there were no issues with all of your previous orders. We are not sure what could be different with this order since we have not changed our fragrances or formulas. We will be sending an email to discuss this further. There were many different fragrances on this order that you have not ordered from us before so that could be a part of it. Different fragrances are naturally going to have different strengths and projection and will perform differently depending on who is wearing it. This is the nature of all fragrances. Fragrances are also highly subjective and therefore based on personal opinion. What one person thinks is amazing someone else will think is awful and so on. That is why offering a large variety of fragrances will help you have something for everyone's preferences and body chemistry.
All Body Oils are "cut" meaning they contain a carrier oil. There is no such thing as an UNcut Body Oil and anyone who claims to have "Pure Body Oils" or "Uncut Oils" is providing false and misleading advertising. It would not be safe to wear on the skin and Body Oils need a carrier oil to help the fragrance stay on skin longer. We have sold these fragrances for over 22 years and most of our business is repeat business. This would not be possible if our products were not good enough to sell. Our Body Oils do not contain alcohol so they will not have the same projection as an alcohol based fragrance. However, they will last a lot longer on the skin than an alcohol based fragrance will. Alcohol causes more projection but also causes the fragrance to evaporate faster. If your customers are looking for more projection, they might like our Super Cologne Spray formula. It is a concentrated alcohol based spray that contains at least twice the amount of fragrance than an Eau De Parfum in stores. -

So I ordered based on a review on Youtube then went on TikTok and saw more so I blind bought 20. A little obsessive but I can say it was worth it. They didn’t have ARIANA GRANDE - CLOUD (L) TYPE -776 in stock, I do appreciate them refunding for that item automatically. Which is great customer service. I also had a name sleeping issue which was taken care of promptly by customer service. The customer service is up there with USAA, lol A+++ customer service. Out of the ones I received I didn’t care for were HERMES ROUGE (L) TYPE -961, COCO CHANEL (L) TYPE -229, CHANEL #5 (L) TYPE -207, TOM FORD F*CKING FABULOUS (U) TYPE -111, : EAT IT RAW -278. I was able to pass them to my grandma who actually loved them so no big deal. I also like the personalized information on who packed your order, makes it seem less transactional. Which I appreciate. For the price I couldn’t really be to upset because like food certain things just aren’t for you. The shipping was petty good considering I ordered right after the holidays. I made an order on December 27th, it shipped on January 4th and I received it on January 6th. All in all this company is great. I already placed a second order for the sprays to match the oils I bought. Can’t wait until they come in. Hopefully they are just as good as the oils.
