Premium Body Oil 1/2oz Screw Top (Basic Label) - As Low As $1.69

As a long time, buyer of your products (years), I'm noticing the quality of the tops on the bottles appear to be made of a cheaper quality. The last order I received 3 tops were cracked upon arrival and one bottle spilled. I have yet to hear whether I will get a replacement yet. And yes I reached out to you and sent pictures. The last time I sent an email to point out the lids cracking, you told me that I was storing it incorrectly. Well, I did a little bit of research and found out that when folks keep twisting to open/close the lids are weak and start to break. I also noticed this a week ago when I did a vendor event. By customers trying to open to smell and then close, the lids were starting to crack. Good thing I had some extras on hand to replace them. I think you should into getting better lids. The quality of the oil is great but those lids have become terrible.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We did send replacements for the ones that leaked along with extra caps on your last order. Unfortunately, due to all of the supply chain issues around the world, we do not get to choose the caps that we get with the bottles and are stuck with what we are able to get. We recommend having some testers for the customers to smell so they are not handling the bottles you are selling repeatedly.

The product arrived just as I purchased and the scent was wonderful. The shipment arrived in a timely manner as well.

The customer service is great, with fast delivery. Communication with seller is always professional. Majority of the fragrances are spot on to the designer fragrances. The oils are pretty good quality, my family, friends and clients all enjoy them so far. Hopefully once I consider buying larger bottles like the 8 oz or 16oz the strength and integrity doesn’t change.

I have ordered these products in the past. I have never been disappointed! I buy them as gifts. The size is just right and the fragrance is not overwhelming and long lasting.

I took a survey from my male customers vs my female customers regarding the roll-on vs screw off tops. The ladies loved the roll-on and the guys loved the screw off top.
