Hit or Miss Oils
I’ve purchased large orders from this company. Some oils have no scent or smell very weak. Some oils are spot on and strong. It’s definitely a hit or miss. They do not offer refunds either as I have tried to return some oils. So I say 65%-35% ratio to good(65%) and bad(35%) oils. If you come across a bad oil just write it down so you don’t purchase it again in the future. I would write down the good ones also. All honesty it’s expected to have some be bad. But when trying to explain to them the quality of the oils that were bad. They made it seem like it was a me issue. Claimed they only have good quality oils and test oils before they sell them. Probably true but how long is the shelf life and how long have they been sitting until purchased? Overall pros out way the cons. So you be the judge. Just an honest review. Thank you !

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that fragrance preferences are highly subjective. Our oils have a shelf life of 3 years for citrus fragrances and 4+ years for other fragrances, provided they are stored properly. We always ensure our batches are fresh, with fragrances typically shipped within 2-4 months of production. Fragrances with a quicker turnover are sent within 2 weeks. All fragrances have years of life left in them when they leave here. If a fragrance isn’t selling, it is discontinued.
We do not have any bad quality oils. You had mentioned Fahrenheit which has been a staple fragrance for us for decades. We have never had a complaint on it before so it was difficult to understand the issue. When we tried to troubleshoot some common application and testing issues with you and asked for samples to test, we did not receive any further feedback. -
