Great Product but...
Great product but the price increase is why I'm giving one star. Everytime I place an order I notice the increase. I've been ordering for years and never received any discount or free shipping promo.

We would like to take the time to address your review. Please note that we have only raised our prices ONCE in over 20 years of business. The increase was only 15% which is not at all unreasonable in 20 years. Our costs have steadily increased during this time for raw materials, bottles, administration costs, boxes, shipping, etc.. We cannot be expected to hold the same prices forever as we would not be able to pay our staff and would eventually have to go out of business.
Another thing that we must point out is that you normally order the Basic Label 1/2oz Boston Round and this time you ordered the Standard Label 1/2oz Boston Round. The Standard Label is more expensive than the Basic Label due to the larger/nicer label. To say that our prices increase every time you order is inaccurate. Most of our products have quantity discounts which are fairly easy to obtain when placing wholesale orders. That is why if you only order 1 or 2 4oz bottles, the unit price is more expensive than if ordering 6 or more bottles. We are a wholesale company, not retail so our profits are based on customers placing volume orders.
We do not offer free shipping on our wholesale website as we cannot afford to pay the shipping costs with our low, wholesale profit margins. We would need to charge more for the products in order to pay the shipping costs that the shipping carriers charge. We can only offer free shipping on our Retail website where the prices are considerably higher. We also do not offer a lot of coupons and additional discounts because we already have discounted, wholesale prices and quantity discounts that do not require a code to achieve. We feel our customers benefit more from every day low prices rather than higher prices and more "sales". You can be rest assured that any website that offers a lot of coupons and sales have very high profit margins that allow them to do this. -
