Have your prices changed? The following will hopefully answer most of your questions... There have been no real changes to the wholesale prices on the website. Our prices were always based on wholesale orders, however we are constantly receiving orders from customers who want to buy 1 or 2 items for themselves and having seen the wholesale price... want to get that price without ordering in quantity. Our profit margins are way too low to allow us to fill such orders at anything other than a loss, and much of our customer service resources were tied up dealing with these orders. The pre-filled bottles always had a minimum order quantity of 12 and the prices are still the same on orders of 12 or more. The changes in quantity pricing allows retail customers to order 1 or 2 but at a reasonable retail price. This is also fairer for our wholesale customers because they do not risk their customers finding our website and being able to order 1 or 2 items at the same price our re-sellers are paying for multiple items. We have not raised our wholesale prices for 10 years even though there have been numerous increases in our costs over the years and especially now. Many companies might compromise quality to stay profitable but we will never lower the quality of our products. However, by charging a fairer price for the low volume or retail orders we not only solve the above mentioned problems but it also helps us continue to maintain the low wholesale prices that have opened up this business opportunity to so many of our wholesale customers. In some cases, it might be necessary for our wholesale customers to structure their orders in a way that they reach the minimum of 12 (or 4 x 1/2lbs or 1lbs) on each product size... the minimums have always been there and for most all wholesale customers there is no change and more importantly no price increase!
